By accessing or placing an order on peakxsupplement.com, you agree to the following terms.
Orders
- All orders placed through our website or WhatsApp (+977 9709045471) are subject to product availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
- Product size and flavor are confirmed with the customer before dispatch.
Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed in NPR and may change without prior notice.
- Accepted payment methods: Fonepay and Direct Bank Transfer. Orders paid via bank transfer are processed only after payment confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are delivered via our courier partner across Nepal.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays beyond our control.
Product Information
- We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, nutritional information, and images are accurate. Slight packaging variations from manufacturers may occur.
- Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.
Returns & Refunds
Effective for all orders placed on peakxsupplement.com
At Peak X Supplement, every order's size and flavor is confirmed with the customer before dispatch. Please review our return and refund terms below.
- Returns are accepted only for unopened, sealed products in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, since size and flavor are confirmed with you before your order ships.
- Returns/exchanges are valid only when the product received does not match what was confirmed at order time (wrong item, wrong flavor, wrong size) or the item arrives damaged/defective.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (different from what was confirmed before dispatch), contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+977 9709045471) with your order number and photos of the item.
- Peak X Supplement covers the return shipping cost in all such cases.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status via WhatsApp or email.
- Approved refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account used for payment (or the account you provide), within 3–5 business days.
- Opened or used supplements
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Free gifts or bundle add-ons received with a promotional order
- Products matching the size/flavor confirmed before dispatch

Limitation of Liability
