At Peak X Supplement, every order's size and flavor is confirmed with you before dispatch. Please review the terms below before requesting a return.

• Returns are accepted only for unopened, sealed products in their original packaging.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind, since size and flavor are confirmed with you before your order ships.
• Returns and exchanges are valid only when the product received does not match what was confirmed at order time (wrong item, wrong flavor, wrong size), or the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (different from what was confirmed before dispatch), contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+977 9709045471) with your order number and photos of the item.
• Peak X Supplement covers the return shipping cost in all such cases — you pay nothing to send the item back.

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status via WhatsApp or email.
• Approved refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account used for payment (or the account you provide), within 3–5 business days.

• Opened or used supplements
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Free gifts or bundle add-ons received with a promotional order
• Products matching the size and flavor confirmed before dispatch
